Drive-Up Window

Receive library items safely and conveniently in three easy steps!

Steps

  1. Place a hold

    Place a hold for your item(s) using Aspen. You can also place a hold by
    calling or emailing us.

  2. Arrive & press the intercom

    When you arrive at the drive-up window, press the intercom button to alert staff that service is needed.

  3. Pick up during open hours

    The drive-up window is available during all Minocqua Public Library open hours.
