Apply for a Library Card
Step 1: Do you require a card?
You will need to come in and apply for a card whether you wish to solely borrow e-materials or require in-house services and physical materials. We do not have the ability to offer you an E-card.
Step 2: Review requirements
Please read the important details below before filling out the application. It helps everything go faster when you come to pick up your card.
Step 3: Apply at circulation desk
Visit the circulation desk with the required ID and proof of address and fill out an application. You will receive your library card immediately.
Important Library Card Information

One application per person applying for a library card (minimum age 3).

Under age 16: a parent or legal guardian must show proof of current residential address at the library when you both come to pick up the card.

University students: include both your local residential address and your permanent address.
What to Bring When You Pick Up Your Card
IMPORTANT: When you come to pick up your new card at the circulation desk, please present your driver’s license or state ID showing your name and current residential address. If your ID does not have your current address, please bring proof of residence such as a utility bill or printed check.

If You Lose a Library Card
If your card is lost, please notify the library as soon as possible to prevent misuse.
- Lost cards may be replaced at the circulation desk for a $1.00 fee.
- Please bring proof of identification to purchase a replacement card.
