The purpose of the Minocqua Public Library Foundation shall be exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
They shall include the development and/or promotion to:
1) focus public attention on library services, facilities and needs in the Minocqua area,
2) seek out and encourage gifts of funds, books, desirable collections, endowments and bequests the library, and
3) receive, hold, manage, use and dispose of funds and properties of all kinds for the benefit of the Minocqua Public Library.
