Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday, May 4 from 10:00 – 11:00 am in the library’s program room. Bring the whole family to enjoy an interactive story and fun activities! May’s theme will be “Star Wars”.
Celebrate Children’s Book Week during the week of May 6-10. We will have different passive activities available in the kids’ room each day to go along with some of our favorite children’s stories!
Learn what smartphone apps are, how they work, and how to find, download, remove, and manage them on your phone. This class is designed for smartphone users who are comfortable with the basics but want to learn more about apps and how to use them. For both iPhone and Android smartphones. Have a smartphone? Bring it with you for hands-on practice. Don’t forget to bring your login credentials for your phone and Apple or Google account! Basic tech experience recommended. An exhibit of dolls wearing authentic cultural clothing. These designs are the work of local textile artists and are on display so others can learn about, appreciate, and celebrate some of the many cultures represented in Marathon County and the surrounding North Central Wisconsin region. The exhibit includes attire from more than 12 different cultures. May 13 through June 14

Help us get ready for our Summer Reading Program by making art to hang up in the kids’ room! Our theme this summer is “adventure” and we’ll be making paper airplanes, toilet paper tube bears and birds to hang in the windows.
