Erin Carroll, a Minocqua native, graduated from LUHS in 2010 before earning an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry at The Art Institute International Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Erin has since honed her craft in a variety of professional kitchen environments. She worked at a small, 100% from-scratch bakery, laminating croissant and Danish dough entirely by hand; contributed to large-scale production at the Minneapolis Convention Center, serving plated desserts to events of up to 5,000 guests; collaborated with an executive chef to develop recipes and execute menu rollouts; and worked in the pastry department at Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
