Join Emilymae King-Ryden for an intensive, hands-on workshop dedicated to the awakening Northwoods. Skip the trudge and dive straight into the science and spirit of foraging. This lecture & workshop uses physical specimens to bring the forest to the library. We will learn to read Nature’s subtle cues—predicting when leaves will unfurl and understanding the rhythm of these elusive, majestic beings before they vanish for another year. Finish off the evening with tea infused with the elements of the spring forest discussed in class.
