Tai Chi in the Park

Enjoy Minocqua at its finest while practicing Tai Chi with certified instructor Tori Cihla.  Tori will guide you through an hour of this gentle exercise while overlooking beautiful Lake Minocqua. Join fellow community members and guests near the Upper Area of Torpy Park for this outdoor exercise class.  Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain, strength, flexibility and stability while balancing your body’s mind and energy.

No need to register for this free event.  Wear comfortable clothing and sunscreen, and bring water.
